Savory Chicken
2 chicken breasts
2 lg. tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz, drained)
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
2 c. broccoli
To freeze: Add all ingredients to freezer bag.
To cook: Thaw bag and pour contents into crockpot. Cook low heat 6-8hours
To serve: Serve with rice or potatoes if desired
(We like to add the broccoli when chicken is almost done cooking so it doesn't get mushy. We also didn't drain the tomatoes)

Pulled Pork
Pulled Pork
4-5 lbs Pork Butt/Shoulder
1 T. black pepper
1-2 t. cayenne pepper
2 T. chili powder
2 T. cumin
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. dried oregano
4 T. paprika
2 T. salt
1 T. granulated sugar
1 large onion
BBQ sauce (sweet baby rays!)
Combine all ingredients except onion in a bowl, rub onto pork. Place onions and pork in a gallon sized freezer bag, seal bag and place in freezer. When ready to use, thaw overnight. Empty the contents out of the bag and into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks, add BBQ sauce if preferred. Cook on low and additional 30-45 minutes with BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 6 – 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, thawed
- 1 Can Green Chiles {4 oz.}
- 2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- Optional: Add in ½ cup Diced Onions for some extra flavor!
Instructions
- Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
- After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
- Mix together green chiles and garlic salt. {and optional onions}
- Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes {covered}
- Remove chicken from crockpot, and shred with a fork.
- Serve with all the fixins for tacos, or wrapped up in burritos. YUM!

- 1 can Campbell’s Broccoli Cheese Soup {10¾ oz.}
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 package Frozen Chopped Broccoli {10 oz.}
Instructions
- Cook chicken in Crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
- After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
- Mix together Broccoli Cheese Soup, Sour Cream, and Shredded Cheese.Coupons
- Pour mixture over chicken, then top with frozen Chopped Broccoli and cook on High for 1 more hour {covered}, or until done.
- Serve with a side of rice… dinner is done, and it’s going to be SO yummy!!
