Pot Roast

Crock Pot Roast that makes it's own gravy

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds beef roast (I like Sirloin tip)
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
